Unworn Item Challenge, Day 5: Tucker for Target

Hi all!

I hope you're all having a lovely weekend!

Just a quick post tonight, to show Friday's unworn item. I picked up this Tucker for Target dress a couple of weeks ago. What's funny is, I absolutely hated this dress when I first saw the product shot on Target's website. But then I saw it on Rosa and suddenly I had to have it.

Funny how that happens, eh?

So here it is, on me - worn "Rosa-style." Sorry for the lack of a better photo, this was the only shot I managed to get.

I really love this dress, now....especially after spying it on Kendi. I actually can't wait to wear it again, and that's saying a lot coming from a print-phobe like me.

And yes - this shot was taken in the dressing room at Anthro, so that means I'll be back soon with a couple fitting room reviews!

I also want to give a quick thanks to you all for your kind words and laughs with regard to my less-than-ideal Thursday! It was so great reading all of your funny and sympathetic comments! I'm happy to report that I'm the proud owner of a shiny new tire, and I even managed to have a lovely dinner of garlic and lemon salmon, stuffed mushrooms and buttered asparagus ready for the hubby when he walked in the door that night.

All is well. =)

Have a great rest of your night!

  2. I love the way this dress looks on you! My mom managed to snag one of the lat ones in her Target and now I am waiting for it to arrive, I can't wait to wear it! :)

Glad to hear that the tire story had a somewhat happy ending!

  4. Looks great on you. I tried some of Tucket for Target dresses too but they look aweful on me. See my review here. I love how you paired it with a wide belt

  5. those tucker dresses are great pieces! I prefer them worn the way you have it-with your own belt vs. the piece of fabric it came with. Great print!

  6. I bought this dress on the first day Tucker for Target came out. It really is a great buy. I love finding pieces that look and feel more expensive than they are.

Can't wait for some more reviews!
