Ladybug (OOTD)

Yesterday, I felt like I didn't have any time to get dressed. I sort of plunged headfirst into work and well...it's on days like this that I'm glad I have a closet full of easy-to-wear dresses. I've worn the Pezza a couple different times here already - but that's why we buy great dresses, right? To be able to wear them over and over again.

As for my hair? Sigh. Best we don't speak of that here.

Dress: Pezza Dress, Anthropologie (similar here and here)
Belt: Studded Leather Skinny Belt, Mossimo (similar here and here)
Shoes: Platform Sandal, Charles David (similar here and here)

This darling silver and copper ladybug is my newest Miss November Studio piece. Look at what's on the back of it:

I love engraved jewelry. And the fact that this was done by hand, with care by a friend, makes it all the sweeter. Thank you, Sandra!

  1. Wowzas! That dress looks amazing on you, every time I see it it looks even more amazing. I love the draped bodice and the way it hangs. I missed out on it, but I think the whirligig dress mightbe a good enough substitute. I need a flatettering jersey dress just like your pezza.

  3. Oh my, the Pezza was such a great investment piece and totally worth wearing it repeatedly! The wedges are perfect with it but I've got my eye on that necklace. Super adorable!

  9. Carol, that dress looks so wonderful on you!!!  I tried the Pezza in both colors, 2 sizes, and it did not work for me. boo hoo.  But I was able to put them on hold for two other sweet gals in our "anthro community" and one of THEM tracked down a skirt I was hoping to find...... fpr $20!!  awesome!!  I love our little underground community!!
