Oh the Weather Outside's...Delightful? (OOTD)

I finally got my camera back! Yay!

Dress: Ihrin Dress, Anthropologie (similar here, here, and here)
Shoes: Wedge Sandals, Charles David (old - 2006? similar here and here)
Necklace: J. Crew (similar here, here, and here)
Watch: Michael Kors Crystal Chronograph (this is also cute, and love this one too!)

We're back home after a few days with family and friends in Orange County. Southern California is experiencing some unusually warm weather - sunny, with temps in the high 70s to low 80s, clear skies - which due to the occasional gusty breezes and dry heat lead me to think it's got something to do with the Santa Ana winds are at work. If it weren't for the shorter daylight hours, I would have thought we'd time-warped back to summer. Whatever it is, I'm not complaining, especially since it meant I could go out today in my new dress in bare legs and sandals.

I hope the sun is shining for you, wherever you may be. Have a great Monday!

  3. Summer is too far far away from Portland, OR.  We are in 40s, lots and lots of rain, just very wet,  Can't live without thick ugly hiking wool socks!

  4. The only thing delightful about the weather in Milwaukee today is that it's not snowing. Insanely jealous of your bare leg weather.  But, truth be told, I am looking forward a white Christmas.

BTW, is that lovely dress one of your recent purchases after waiting in the long Anthro BF line??

  5. It is! Funny, how Black Friday is supposed to be for buying gifts for other people...I managed to emerge with just as many treats for myself. ;)

  7. When I used to live in upstate New York, it was tank top weather, when it hit the 70s. So fantastic.

  9. The weather here stinks. It's rainy and cool, but not cool enough for winter clothes or accessories. Wishing I was where you are right now! Enjoy the time with your family and friends... and sunshine :-)

  10. Wow, Carol. You definitely do NOT look 30 something! ; ) Nice post, and Los Angeles isn't too bad, too!

  11. It has been unseasonably warm here in NYC too!  I've been enjoying long walks outside just to soak up the nice weather before it becomes ridiculously cold.  I love the dress on you.  I was really considering getting the purple version because I had to get rid of a similar dress because I shrunk it.  It looks like such a sturdy dress.

  12. All of Canada is VERY jealous of your bare legs and sandals this time of year, Carol! You look fabulous as always. And I'm particularly interested in the weather in SoCal these days because we are coming to San Diego (Fallbrook to be exact) for a couple of days in January. I really need to know what the weather will be like so I can pack properly. Come Christmas time I will be watching what you wear a little more closer than usual :)
