I've gotta say - I'm glad I did. I'm very impressed by the quality, versatility, and wearability of every piece I saw. And oh - they're all so pretty! So, to help Clara get a running start on her new venture as a Stella & Dot stylist, I'm hosting a trunk show for her here, on the blog. I've borrowed a handful of pieces from her, which I'll be styling with my outfits here, and if you're interested in anything I'm wearing and/or curious about any of the dozens of other beautiful things Stella & Dot offers, you can click on the link in the outfit details or on the Stella & Dot button in the sidebar. As a "trunk show host," I may accrue benefits such as free jewelry - but I'm letting you know right now that if this is actually the case, I'll definitely be sharing the wealth here on the blog as giveaways - and even more fun? We'll set it up so that you - the readers - can vote on which pieces are the prize.
Good times, right? I'm super excited.
Here's what I wore yesterday (dress look familiar?):
Necklace: Medina Bib Necklace, Stella and Dot
Shoes: Blake Pump, Sole Society (If you're not a member yet, you can sign up here)
Belt: J. Crew
First up, is the Medina Bib Necklace. When I first saw this on the website, my eyes sort of passed right over it. I felt like I'd seen stuff like this before. And then, when I was at Clara's trunk show, same sort of thing. Pretty, but just not as exciting and dramatic as some of the other things I got to see. But I'll tell you something - once I got it home with me, I couldn't seem to stop reaching for it. I've already worn it about three times (though I was too busy on those other days to actually snap my outfit) and I know I'll wear it again. I might actually have to buy this for myself, once it's time to give it back, because it's so easy to wear and seems to goes with everything.
I love that the necklace - like all the other Stella & Dot products I've handled - feels substantial and sturdy but isn't super heavy around my neck. Also, I really adore the attention to detail, like the tiny crystals set in each of the discs, and the hook closure with it's attached charms.
Have any of you tried Stella & Dot jewelry? What did you think of it? Let us know in the comments below!

THAT necklace is SO pretty on you! Honestly it wasn't a piece that I was drawn too, but seeing it on you it's lovely! Thank you so much for being a trunk show host for my sweet friend Clara!! I'm not a fashion guru myself, but I love seeing how other people put together great styles! Love your blog!

I love your outfit today! Polka dots AND red shoes? Awesome! I once missed a Stella & Dot trunk show and the host never threw another one (that I was invited to at least) and I was rather disappointed. xD
